General Body Meetings are hosted monthly by IISE @ VT to keep members engaged and informed on the many happenings within IISE at VT! Anyone is welcome to attend regardless of year, major, or involvement in the organization. Follow our instagram for meeting updates!

Torgersen Leadership Summit (TLS)

The Torgersen Leadership Summit is an annual conference hosted in honor of Dr. Paul Torgersen, past ISE Department Head and former President of Virginia Tech.
TLS gives students the chance to:

Gain leadership insight through presentations and workshops led by industry professionals.
Learn how to be impactful leaders in the workplace after graduation.
Build connections with employers and alumni in a smaller, focused setting.

Corporate Networking Reception

The Corporate Networking Reception (CNR) is one of IISE @ VT’s signature events, giving members the chance to connect with top employers before Career Fair week begins. Students network with recruiters, learn more about company opportunities, and practice their professional skills in a relaxed but professional environment.
